Fundraisers

The band has a "fair share payment" and trips that we fundraise for to make payments as little as possible.  

Make sure you keep your eye on the Calendar and the Band App for more information.

 

There are three different kinds of accounts you will see used for the Band programs..

We have the Student Accounts that are run through the Bookstore at the school; this account will be where you pay for any Band Class fees and Trip fees.  If we do any fundraisers that take place on campus during school hours that fundraiser money will be put in the bookstore account also.

The Student Funds, are kept track of by Band Boosters; "Fair Share Payments" are kept track of here and if a student earns money during fundraisers that are not taking place on campus during school hours it will be tracked.

The General Fund.  The General Fund is through Band Boosters; it is what the fund to make sure everything in the budget gets paid for and also where we get the number for the "Fair Share Payments".  We do a few fundraisers through the year that help the General Fund.

Spirt Nights

During the school year, on Wednesday nights, we will have a place you can go for dinner or dessert that will donate a portion of what you spend back to the band.  It's nice to know during the busy week you have an excuse to go out to eat and help the band at the same time!

General Fundraisers

These Fundraisers will go to the Band Booster's General Fund which helps to bring costs down for the band.
