Dear Friends and Community Members,
The Queen Creek High School Band Program has grown and is a wonderful part of the Queen Creek community. They are a hard working, talented group of high school students. This program requires extra funds to be able to perform at a superior level. We would LOVE to have you become a sponsor for this prestigious band as they tackle the 2025-2026 school year.
The band program has approximately 130 students who participate in Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Winter Percussion Ensemble, Color Guard, and Winter Guard.
This last school year the band traveled and showed their talents all over Arizona. They were invited to perform at Hip Hop International Championships, NASCAR xfinity Championship, the opening of Zoolights and a NFL Arizona Cardinals game. The band was featured multiple times on tv and marched through parades proudly showing what the Queen Creek community is all about.

How Does Your Sponsorship Support the Band Program?
The sponsorship will be going to the Queen Creek High School Band Boosters who work to raise a minimum of $40,000.00 a year. The Band Booster Organization assists in the purchase of many things including new uniforms, instruments, music, equipment, and additional specialty instructors for our students that are not funded by the school.
The objective of the Band Booster Organization is to support the band programs so our students have the opportunity to experience the band at its finest level.
Your money will be going to the band programs.
The QCHS Band Booster Organization is a nonprofit 501(c)3 and sponsorships have positive tax implications. The Sponsorship benefits are valid for the 2025-2026 school year unless otherwise indicated.
